Wow. Just Wow. This difficulty is pure evil. It's so much harder than brutal. First off, countries do random blood tests and other testing which detects your plague even if you don't have any symptoms evolve yet. Second, the DNA costs of everything fluctuates, this means that it could cost higher or lower than usual. Guides for this difficulty will definitely take some time. Some tips would really be appreciated right now!

So I just tested out mega-brutal difficulty on Bacteria
