Based on the data above:
- Starting from Iceland can get you access to 5 countries with ships and airplanes. Most of the time it is not a good starting location because you don't get many land infections(it being an island and all). However, it would eliminate one of those hard to reach locations(Greenland, Caribbean, New Guinea, Iceland, and Madagascar)right at the start, which could possibly be helpful later.
