Ships:
- Central America(in-game: C. America)

- Russia
Based on the data above:
- Starting from Canada can get you access to 6 countries with ships and airplanes(because USA was already infected by plane, I decided to add it to plane list and not count it as a land infection from being a nearby neighbor).
- Also starting in Canada is tough because they have good antibiotics, so a high Drug Resistance would be necessary to infect them fast.
