If you're able to ascend at the late 1000s to early 2000s, you'll probably notice that you're ascensions take at least an hour, maybe 2 hours even. At this stage of the game, having Iris isn't a bad idea. This ancient will significantly reduce the your ascensions time, making for quicker Hero Soul farming.
If you're reading this, I'm going to assume you already know the basics of the game, so I won't go into further detail on that. Instead, I'll be focusing on this short guide for you to be able to maximize efficiency with Iris using the latest patch's Candies.
Candies appear randomly on your screen, and by clicking them you are given the same amount of gold as you would beating a monster at the highest level you've unlocked(Some people say it's even multiplied by 10, but I'm not sure since I didn't check). Now, with Iris and a candy, you'll be able to get a large amount of gold right at level 1 and will be able to level your highest(or most gilded) hero--In my case, it's Frostleaf.
Step 1.
Make sure that you do not click on the candy before you ascend. This is because you want that candy to stay there when you ascend. Candies don't disappear when you ascend, just so you guys know. This screenshot below will show that the same candy is in the same spot as the screenshot above.
Step 2.
Now just click on the candy, get your gold, activate progression mode, then level your highest(most gilded) hero. Simple, right?
From 1 to 508 in a matter of seconds, Iris is great, isn't she? Iris costs a lot to level, but will be very beneficial in the long run since the time needed for ascensions will be reduced by quite a lot.
Here's a few things to remember when doing this Iris trick:
- If you reload your page, or reload clicker heroes, the candy will disappear.
- Solomon's level should always be higher than Iris.
- If you're going to level Iris past 100, remember the tip above.
- Have fun, there's no wrong way to play this game lol.
That's about it for this guide. I hope it has helped you, and HSG!
