The Parasite's unique abilities are rendered quite useless in this scenario, in my opinion. It's much more better to focus on quick infection and relying on the failure of artificial organs as the main killing method. To achieve this, we'll make use of the Insanity symptom to make sure the people of virtual earth tear down their "better" organs.

I've only done this strategy on 3 games, 2 games were won with ease, one game failed because of the early closing of borders and several events that made the world fully aware of the parasite. Genetic Shifts will also be a problem-as with all mega-brutal games.

The key to this strategy is being able to infect fast and start killing at an early stage. Because of the early onset of lethality, the parasite has to be able to be resistant to every climate and rich country's medicines. Necrosis will also be evolved early, this is so we could infect people with corpses.

Don't be frustrated if you don't win the first time, there are several factors that affect overall success. To achieve a 3 biohazard score, we'll need to finish within, at least, 360~370 days and a cure completion of below 60%. I'm not sure of the exact numbers needed, but the numbers I've provided should be close to it. Now, without further ado, the guide.

Gene setup:

  • ATP Boost
  • Aquacyte
  • Sympto-Stasis
  • Genetic Mimic
  • Extremophile

1.) Before selecting a country to start in, evolve the following:
  • Cysts
  • Abscesses
  • Coughing

2.) Start in China. Evolve the following as soon as you have the DNA to do so(In this order):
  • Hyper Sensitivity
  • Pneumonia
  • Coughing
  • Rash
  • Sweating
  • Skin Lesions
Devolve any symptoms that mutate from her onward, but only do this 3 times. The fourth devolve would costs DNA, although it'll only cost 1 it's still not worth it.

3.) Continue by evolving these symptoms in this order:
  • Water 1 and 2
  • Necrosis
  • Inflammation
  • Seizures
  • Drug Resistance 1 and 2

4.) After evolving Necrosis, keep an eye on the pop-ups that appear, make sure you see this pop-up appear, it always should: YOU DO NOT NEED TO WAIT FOR THIS TO APPEAR.

5.) After seeing the pop-up above and evolving Drug Resistance 2, evolve Insanity. Another pop-up will appear: AGAIN, YOU DO NOT NEED TO WAIT FOR THIS TO APPEAR.

6.) Continue to evolve the following(in order):
  • Cold and Heat Resistance 1 and 2
  • Environmental Hardening
  • Air 1 and 2
  • Extreme Bioaerosol

7.) Wait for the world to be fully infected--No healthy person left. Evolve the final set of symptoms, I've listed them in the order I'd suggest to get them.
  • Paralysis
  • Coma
  • Total Organ Failure
  • Hemorrhagic Shock/Systemic Infection

That about covers it, the only thing left to do is wait for the entire world to regret their choice of replacing their organs. 

I've won 2 out 3 games with this strategy, ending with an average of 360 days and 30~40% Cure Completion. I hope this guide has helped you achieve those 3 golden biohazards. Thanks for reading and Happy Spicy Gaming!
